Set ‘Eat In’ OR ‘Takeaway’ as default option on EPOS app

This new feature allows you to specify if you would like ‘Eat in’ OR ‘Takeaway’ OR both to show as options when within the ‘view cart’ page on the EPOS app.

These changes can be made within the ‘functional settings’ 

If both options are selected, the option at the top of the list will be set as the default option for each order. If you would like to select the secondary option for an order this can be selected in the 'view start' section of the EPOS app. 

1. This is the screen you will see when you first load the EPOS app. Select the three lines in the top corner. 

2. Select device settings. 

3. Select Functional Settings.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you will see the option for ‘Eat in’ and ‘Takeaway’. Select or deselect the the pink box to include or not include Eat in or Takeaway as an option on the EPOS terminal. The option at the top will always be the default option when both are selected. 

5. This can all be viewed in your P&L reporting as well! Simply run a site or store P&L report within the NOQ backend portal. In the summary section you can see the split in order totals between eat in and takeaway orders. Also within the csv download there is a 'Dine in' column which will showcase whether your sales were taken as eat-in or takeaway.
