Introducing our new feature that allows you to effortlessly gather customer email addresses through the EPOS and EPOs Lite app, providing you with a valuable resource for your future marketing and email campaigns. When processing an order and navigating through the past orders section, you will discover the convenient option to seamlessly email the receipt directly to your customer using the email address they provide. Once you have entered the email, you can kindly inquire if they would like to opt in or opt out of our engaging email marketing. If they choose not to receive email marketing, simply select the 'no marketing' option before sending the email receipt.
1. This is the screen you will first see when loading the NOQ EPOS app.
2. Once you have processed an order and your checkout option within the functional settings specifies ‘with receipt pop up’, you will see the below pop up. Select ‘email’ and you have the option to email the receipt across to your customer.
3. You will then see the below pop up on the screen. Here you or your customer can insert the customer email and then select the tick box if they have mentioned they would like to opt out of email marketing.
4. The same functionality appears when you want to send an email receipt from the past orders section. To access this section, select the three lines within the top left corner of your terminal.
5. Select ‘Past Orders’
6. Select the order you would like to email the receipt to the customer for. Once you have selected the order, select ‘email’ at the bottom of the terminal.
7. Here yourself or the customer can enter in their email address and underneath the email box yourself or the customer has the option to leave blank or tick the opt out button for marketing emails.
