Now, with the new update on the EPOS or EPOS lite app, splitting payments has become even more convenient. Each transaction made can now be accompanied by a personalised receipt. This means that customer A will receive a receipt detailing their specific payment from the total bill, while customer B will have a receipt displaying their own portion of the split bill. Of course, you still have the option to print the full receipt, but this new feature is perfect for customers who prefer having their own split receipt.
1) Once you have split a payment, you can navigate to the past order section. Here you will see the option select receipt per split payment.
2) You will then see the option to print or email.
3) See below the example of what the receipt print out will look like. It will let you know how much was paid via that split out of the total amount due.
