This article will show you how customers can leave feedback once they have placed and received their online order.
1) Customers will see a 'rate experience' section once their order has been collected or delivered to them.
2) Customers can leave a rating out of 5 and leave a comment. These reviews will be recorded on the NOQ portal.
3) Select 'marketing', 'feedback' and then 'reviews'.
4) Here you will see a list of all feedback that has been left by customers.
